Optimally Designed Ventilation Holes

Ventilation holes are evenly distributed on the top, sides, and bottom panels, creating a stable airflow circulation. This design minimizes vapor absorption and reduces the risk of condensation during extended storage in refrigerated containers.

High Compression Strength for Stacking

Ventilated packaging must still ensure high rigidity and Edge Crush Test (ECT) values. Boxes are manufactured from premium kraft paper combined with E-flute, B-flute, or BC double-wall fluting, providing excellent load-bearing capacity when stacked in multiple layers during transit.

Moisture-Resistant and Vapor-Reducing

Boxes can be coated with a moisture-resistant protective layer to reduce humidity impact, helping the paper maintain stable strength in cold storage environments.

Dimensions Conforming to International Standards
